Only normaliens (« élèves », « étudiants » and « étudiants de la Sélection Internationale) currently studying at ENS (including « interruption » and « étalement ») have the right to vote (art. 4 of the Internal Rules of the Student-led Housing Committe, DG).

One seat is at stake. It is a multi-member, one-round ballot with assent to all the candidates. In the event of a tie between the first candidates, a second round will be organised between the latter.
