Only "élèves", as defined in article 3 of the DG's internal rules, may vote. This corresponds to the following categories: normalien-ne-s élèves, normalien-ne-s étudiants, normalien-ne-s de la Sélection Internationale. Persons who have completed their studies at the ENS (including doctoral students) may not vote.

Following the resignation of Esteban Geoffray, three positions of the DG are up for re-election. The two leading candidates will be elected for a full one-year term, until 10/31/2025. The next candidate will be elected for a partial term of 5 months, until 03/31/2024. This is a single-round, multi-mandate ballot, by assent to all candidacies. The order of candidates below corresponds to the order in which applications were received.
